We have high hopes that you will love our items just as much as we do. However, if you are dissatisfied with the jewelry that you ordered from us for any reason, you may have it returned to us for either a full refund or an exchange for another piece with our 7-day return policy. Our products are carefully checked for quality before shipment, however, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase, if there are any manufacturing defects in your jewelry, and we will be happy to repair it at no additional charge. After 30 days, if your Taula piece requires some extra TLC, we'd gladly repair it for you. However, reasonable charges may apply, if any, and will be determined by the nature of the repair.
Please refer to the Return instructions included in your purchase. Taula ships its products globally, so the return policy may vary per country depending on the unique local shipping policies.
Please note that to be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition, include all documentation and tags intact. Here’s the process you can expect:
- Receipt - Item received by Taula. Email sent to customer, confirming receipt
- Quality Testing (please allow 4-5 business days) – Item will undergo a careful evaluation. Items that show any signs of use, engraving, resizing or alteration of any kind from the product originally shipped will not be eligible for return.
- Refund – If you choose a refund, please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to show the credit.
- Exchange – If you choose to exchange, you will receive an email when a credit for the amount is posted to your Taula account to be applied to a future purchase. Note you will not be eligible for a repeat customer discount when exchanging.
Please allow upto 10 business days to process a full refund. If your return request is generated within the second week of receiving your item, we will charge a flat restocking fee of $19 which will be deducted from your refund. Returns that are done two weeks after receipt of the item will require the customer to bear the shipping costs, plus the restocking fee of $19.
